Release announcement for Chapter Fourteen of Shield of the Goddess.
I'm pleased to announce the release of Chapter Fourteen of Shield of the Goddess, the adult fantasy novel I am publishing here as a web serial. This chapter introduces several new characters, including Morak, the main antagonist viewpoint character of the book, and takes readers to a new location, Sketh.

Warning: Morak is not a good person. His people, the Storm tribe of Sketh, are very different from the peaceful cultures I’ve shown you so far. Like many people in our ancient history, they keep slaves, oppress women, and make war.
